Even @ Disney's paradise anything can happen. Believe it we are just hearing about it now !!! This happened over two months ago........ ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - A salmonella outbreak at Walt Disney World sickened as many as 141 people, including visitors attending an athletic competition for organ-transplant recipients, health officials said Friday.

Am I understanding correctly that this was prepackaged diced tomatoes?

Having worked in my fair share of restaurants, I know there is nothing nastier than the prepackaged veggies for a salad bar. You know how onions give off fumes? I have seen bags of sliced onions explode

I just saw this posted in the chicago papers yesterday. Maybe it took awhile for tests to determine what was the problem. ugh

Actually, I'm glad they came out with the article. We were there that weekend, and my DH got sick! He spent 1-1/2 days in the hotel room praying to the porcelain god while I entertained myself. At least we found out that there really WAS something wrong with the food! (And, boy am I glad I don't like tomatoes!!)
