You can clean ONLY 1 room! Which?

I think I am frightened by how many Dis'ers are also OCD about the cleanliness of their homes!

Now....I just need some friends other than cyber to drop by!

she has a systematic (and baby step) approach for cleaning the house.
when i'm on her plan, it works great. then i get lazy and i backslide. oops.

I love it!!! Thanks for the info, Ohiominnie!

10 minutes in the kitchen and 4 in the livingroom.

Ummm... My front porch? Because in it's current condition, there is NO way anyone is getting through my front door! Unless they're wearing a Molly Maids uniform!

(Had surgery three weeks ago, so my house is destroyed. Not usually such a slob! ;) )

Definately the bathroom. There would probably be a good reason for mess in any of the rest of my house, but that bathroom might embarrass me. Instead of looking like they caught me busy, it would look like they caught me lazy!

Bathroom! Guests can be forgiving if you have an untidy family room/living room and if it looks like you have been using your kitchen. But no one wants to go to a dirty bathroom.

BATHROOM.....Pretty much any other room of the house gets "lived in"....therefor not looking like a model home. The bathroom pretty much is cut and dry...no really good reason that it is unclean ( at my house anyway...especially with lysol wipes handy, my kids know where these are so there are no excuses)
well, except the flu!

luckily, I have an obsessive compulsive disorder for cleanliness:rotfl: my house is always clean....BUT...most people hang out in my kitchen so I would make sure I sprayed some Clorox Clean-up down the drain to make it smell cleaner :teeth: I know, it's a sickness :confused3
Could we be long lost twins separated at birth?:rotfl: I'M THE SAME WAY, my DH askes me if we really need the dining room table.... why not just eat off the floors!

I have clean a whole house in 15 minutes already, and without anybody else to help.

I'm going with the bathroom but have not ruled out the locking door option. :teeth:

Bathroom. No matter how often I clean it, Dh can have it dirty again in 15 minutes. Apparently the only place he can't put things away-is in the bathroom.

My house is usually company ready but I would say the bathroom I do have a shaker in the house,DH.

I would pick up the living room really quick, straighten the couch pillows, run into the kitchen, throw everything in the dishwasher and wipe down the counter, run into the bathroom, wipe the toilet and the sink, put anything on the counter underneath or in the medicine cabinet, shut the bedroom doors and THERE! You have a "clean" house in less than 15 mins! :faint:
