You are in my thoughts

Your strength will definately help your wife and daughter. Keep up the good fight. The prayers and good thoughts of many are with you all.

What welcome news, Pat!! Since I read your post outlining the critical situation your family faced, I've been watching for updates from you.

One day at a time. To help the time speed by, get her that laptop that someone else mentioned . I think DIS'ers know exactly how to help her pass the hours away quickly!!

Blessings on all of you.

Your love shines through in your posts. You're a wonderful husband and already a wonderful Dad. I'll continue to pray for baby Kimberly until she arrives, safe and sound. (((hugs to you and Amy)))

Pat- what a wonderful husband you are.....and what a GREAT daddy you are going to be!!!

My DS tried to come early as well, on Halloween.....I spent many, many weeks on bedrest (with an 8 yr old and 4 yr old DD running around). Thank goodness for WONDERFUL husbands. In the end, my DS decided he really DIDN't want to come out (he's contrary) and we had to INDUCE him.....at 8 lbs and 11 oz. and 39 weeks. My DS is now 7 1/2 and is as active as he was prenatally....he still runs with that same kicking rhythm. (and to think we went and had one more daughter after him!). My first trip with him to the MK was VERY special......I can only imagine how special Kimberly Jane's trip will be.

By the way, I love the name Kimberly Jane. It is a strong name for a strong little girl. Maybe you need to talk to her, though...it seems she wants to see the MK a little earlier than you had planned on. Have you tried bribery yet....maybe "stay in until 36 weeks and we will buy you a Pal Mickey!"....I heard it works!

My family will keep your family in our prayers. Please post often....I look forward to your updates!

Pat- I continue to pray for you and your family... I am so glad she was able to come home... Now for entertainment... hmmm... a good friend of mine had privia and was bed ridden... she entertained herself by watching the whole first season of "Friends" on DVD... :)
May God continue to bless you...

Pat - I know you were thrilled to be able to bring Amy home to her very own bed. I'm sure she'll be ready to throw it out by the time Kimberly arrives! How wonderful to be able to feel the baby move, too!

Our thoughts are prayers are with you always. Keep us up to date when you can.

Keeping all three of you in my prayers!

I will continue good thoughts and prayers for dw and baby Kimberly Jane until I read the update in 10 weeks that she has been born safe and sound. Please keep us updated when you can and even when you can't, know there are people rooting for all of you.

Pat,
Continue the updates, with continued thoughts and prayers.
Lynn

Pat, I just learned today what you & your faily are facing.....me & mine will keep you and yours in our prayers...

Our thoughts and prayers go out to you, Amy, and Kimberly. It's obvious from your posts that you and Amy are focused completely on this challenge. As many have said before - one day at a time is the way to make your way through this, as that is the only way it is given to each of us.

Good wishes, pixie dust, and heartfelt prayers sent your way.

I will continue to keep you all in my thoughts and prayers. I know it's tough to be on bedrest but the time will go by -- ever so slowly (been there, done that, not fun!). Your positive attitude will convey to both Amy and Kimberly and help them get through it.

Dear Pat,
Glad to hear that you brought Amy home.
I mailed her some pixie dust today. :D

My family will continue to pray for yours.

Donna

Nice to meet you, Pat. My very best wishes along with prayers for Amy and little Kimberly Jane. Good to hear the improvement, I know she will do well.

A most inspiring sharing you have given us all. Thank you very much. A few things in the mail on the way, hope Amy enjoys. Please do stop by often for those anticipated good updates, we have walked along side many a DIS'er here, we're good at it. :)

A big {hug} for you both, and a little, gentle {one} for Kimberly.

Dan

Pat, I just wanted you to know that I read your post yesterday and did include you and your family in my prayers. I didn't get a chance to post then, so I am now, continued prayers for your wife and your precious Kimberly Jane.

Dusney Dad Says....................................If this is A Pat Elliott post, a mod needs to move it to the CB board where he has a thread running. He reads everyone.

Pat, my prayers are with you, Amy and Kimberly Jane. The strength and positive thinking you both have exhibited is truly inspirational and reminds me of how blessed I really am in my family. Cannot wait till the day you post of Kimberly Janes birth and of course her first trip to WDW!! Best Wishes!!

I was glad to see your update Pat- Your family has been on my mind. I'm sending prayers and positive thoughts your way. Keep us updated- I'll ask for you and your family to be prayed for at Church on Sunday.

I will continue my prayers for Amy Pat. Thanks for the update.
