Being local in the past, I never really thought and planned far enough in advance about when we were going to the parks or where we would dine, therefore, until this past December, except for planning dining at MGM prior to seeing Fantasmic with guests, (and a couple walk up meals at Sci-Fi) we really had not ventured too far into Disney Dining.

Now... I plan ahead, and if something comes up that we can't go on that date, I cancel in ample time.

I am even writing my ADRs on INDEX CARDS. (Several of my latest were typed directly into my laptop computer, and it is in for a tune up - so I didn't have them until Disney Dining was nice enough to give them to me today!)

Because of the DIS - I now have 6pm ADR for LTT on 10/12 for the MNSSHP. We have gone the last 3 years, but never were able to get into a TS- and had that time to kill when they closed the park before the party! Now after persistence in calling I got my 4:30 moved to 6pm!

YEAH. Orange County does not have school on 10/13, so this will be a perfect night for the party, as DD does not have school the next day! 6pm gives us ample time to get to the park after DD gets out of school!

Last year we went twice - once on the spur of the moment, bought tix at the gate, and the other the Friday before Halloween!

:thanks: for being helping me experience Disney Dining!!!!
