YOMD - Magical Moment

I am a travel agent and sent a family of 5 to Disney for7 days beginning the week of fourth of July. They were staying at the CR gardenview room. When they went to check in, their room was not ready until 5:00 pm. Disney promptly upgraded them to a concierge room overlooking the magic kingdom. My clients were thrilled to say the least! I was so happy for them - YOMD working its best!

What an absolutely incredible upgrade!!!!!!! I wish for that same kind of experience when we check in at the Poly this year!!!
