Yikes Plane Tix!! Help

Southwest has flights for those dates out of Omaha and Kansas City for $168 each way.

not cheap enough in my oppinion...I know I checked!!! LOL I could fly cheaper from DSM on NWA...I think I am looking at 277 right now from hotwire that is not too bad, doable...expedia has em for 230 pp in the pkg deal...that is good too just my 210's are G O N E !!!!

If DSM is Des Moines, we are in Omaha, and we are flying Continental and got a good deal. I dont know if that is too long of a drive for you though.

We were trying to get tickets on Song out of Boston in August last month. The day I was looking at them I think it was $79 one way and then the next day it went up to $89. I was so mad that it went up in one day. But then I just checked yesterday for fun to see if the flight was full and what not and saw that the price went up to $134 for the flight we are on. So I don't think prices are going to fall especially with gas prices increases. But that's just my two cents. Good luck!!

thanks I think you are right, I am going to bite the bullet with the 230, that is not tooooo bad after all. I just hate that we can't DRIVE!!!! LOL...not enough time or we would believe me!!! My family drove from Iowa once a year stopping in Nashville to see my family but we can not get away from work long enough to drive. Just sucks that transportation is such a big chunk of the budget, people are complaining about the character buffets being so high, well HELLO??? Have you checked GAS prices lately?? LOLOLOL just kdding do not flame me for that!! Looks like the days of great deals on airfair are gone folks...
