Yikes! An extra $23 per day for a roll-away bed at Carousel?

I just called the Carousel to confirm my reservation and make a room request and when requesting a roll-away bed I was told that it would be an extra $23 per day! I had no idea. I booked through Costco, a package for 5 and expected the roll away to be included. I guess that was dumb of me. Worst case I thought maybe $10 a day. Did any of you come across this fee?

I would call Costco to see what's up with that, since they are your travel agency!

Are you booked in a suite? When I did my booking for five, I only had the option of a kids suite, resort suite or view suite, or two rooms if we booked standard rooms. So if you're in a suite, there should already be room for five without a roll-away. I did not book through Costco, though. I booked directly through the hotel website.

Okay, I just talked to Costco and they said it's only $12 a night since I booked a package through them. So I can handle that. She apologized for not letting me know about the extra fee up front. I kind-of wish she'd just included that in the package, but we're good. Phew!
