We can't find the combination in the train station or on the train. The only thing that has an arrow (hot spot) in the train is the firebox with coal, which says that you need a match to light it. We did find the key in the train station before, but no luck with the combination now. Are we missing something or doing something wrong? Also in the museum, there is no where to go. The only things with arrows on them say you need combination. We have tried clicking on everything. Where do we use prayer book?

The combination is in the operators manual IN the train. You need to scroll to the right to see it. The prayer book is used to open the box that has the starter in the Gallery. You need to use your Yeti jump power to get there. You get Yeti jump by looking in the mirror that is in the cabinet with the matches.

Well I FINALLY got back into the regular game today. Sheesh! Nothing like the loss of two days worth of credits.
But, I've got a question for those of you who CAN get into the Yeti game. When you click on the icon on your desktop to play, does it take you to a webpage with a URL showing? I got to thinking about it, and if they can ban someone thinking that they messed with the URL, then if there is a viable URL I can use, maybe I can put it into my special cookies allowed area. Maybe I could get into the Yeti game then. Otherwise I still cannot get that thing to open.

I just can't figure out what's wrong. I tried downloading the game and installing it. After that I try to run the game. All I ever get is a black screen. I've uninstalled it and re-downloaded and re-installed and it still does the same thing.

Anyone know what the problem may be?

I also got the black screen a few times and wondered what was wrong. I tried again and decided to just let the screen stay black and see what happens. After waiting what seemed to be forever, the game finally started. So I guess I was not waiting long enough for the game to load.

Also, when I finished, I thought I did not get the code because it was supposed to open in another web browser. So I played again and waited for the screen to appear. It finally did. When I quit the game, I found the other code hiding underneath everything else.

So you might actually be able to play but have to wait forever for the game to load.

I've used IE and Firefox to download it.

If you have virus protection and/or firewall on, make sure that yeti vision program is ok to send and receive info from internet. That may be a lot of people's problem playing the game.

PS: It's fun and cool. Can't wait for episodes 2 and 3!

And just HOW would you do that? The window that pops up and then disappears after about two seconds gives no info such as an URL. And, even though I've turned off my popup blockers, and don't really have a firewall, found one area supposedly with it, and turned it off, nothing still works. I'm trying to track down what causes this problem. I have it installed on a machine at home no problem. I tried installing it on another machine that is actually better/faster and I have the same problem. Click on the game screen blanks then goes back to desktop. If I figure out what's going on I'll let eveyone know.

not a computer wiz, so could someone help me and walk me through how to get the prize page with the code to print. Thanks

Well, I still can't open it.
I've updated my java, my direct x program, and shockwave, in addition to the firewall and pop-up blocker. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times.

Same old thing, the blank windows opens for a second then closes. I would realy like to play the game. I tried to ask for help in a staff non-gaming room and was ingored - big time by the staff.

I want to play so much. Thanks to a friend I have the pin, but I want to get the other things as well.

I have actively been working on the computer this week to figure out why I can't. I did find a virus but after destroying it, I still can't play.

Are they special settings I don't have?

When I install the game a window open that look like the start of the game, it tells how to move in the game, but as soon as the install is done, everything closes and I can't get it to open again.

I search out on the web for game help using the words
"download game doesn't open"
one game site suggested updating your Internet Explorer software, but I can't. Every time I try it times out.
