*For step (2) make sure that if you have a pop-up-blocker that this website is allowed or else you will not be able to access the game.

That is an excellent tip - thank you! I was wondering why the first time I tried it didn't work! Now I'll try again...

...OK, I'm a little confused. I looked in the mirror and supposedly got the "power to leap," but then when I click on the gallery it says I need the power to leap!

You need to click on the totem pole on the right of the screen - this gives you the power to leap (over tall buildings!)

I can't get the game to come up for me. All I get is a black screen. :(

That I cannot help you with. I'm terribly sorry but I didn't download the game. Have you checked your firewall settings/pop-up blocker? Because it happened to me with VMK and i had to turn my pop-up-blocker off

Yeti's messing with my computer!

First time I played the game, I did a couple of things (got pole and fruit), went to go to the next stage and my computer restarted out of nowhere. Got back in game, got further this time, but then my computer went into standby mode, it got stuck there actually. When I finally got it restarted, a message came up saying "the system has recovered from a serious error". I have never had a message like that before on this pc.
I was able to finish the game one time, started playing again and Bam..the computer is restarting itself again. And again I got the serious error message.

Any computer smarties have an idea of what's going on? :confused3

Is this happening to anyone else?

I can't play at ALL. I have tried downloading it on two computers and NOTHING. When I double click on the shortcut, it opens and then closes just a fast. I am so frustrated right now :(

dont wrry, its because both your computers are Macs, i luckily got mine because i posted on the wishes board. I also use a mac

That's where all these nice people who are trading their pins come in. They are nice neough to play the game over and over again and give the pins to others who cannot!

Actually neither of my computers are Macs - I just tried downloading the game using Firefox and still it opens and then closes.

zeta magic, i'm right with you girl......i get a white window for few seconds, then POOF! it goes away.....arg!

I'm using Internet Explorer for the Yeti game. I either had to turn off the pop-up blocker or I allowed pop-ups for the Disneyland site. I think I just allowed them for the Disneyland site. I can't check right now, I'm using my Mac.

First, I don't know many specifics about PCs because I worked on mainframes and now I mostly use a Mac. But that won't stop me from speculating about the error. :rotfl2:

I'm guessing it's a bug in the game. It sounds like what happens when a program tries to write data to memory that doesn't belong to the program. I've seen this sort of error when I used to write code and on my old Mac where you could allocate the amount of memory an application used when it was running. If you didn't allocate enough memory, it would try to write data to program memory and cause an exception error. Ouch, I'm guessing that may be a bit too technical.

I'm trying to come up with a real life example... I guess it's sort of like we are sitting beside each other in school and taking a test. I get confused and attempt to write my answer on your paper. The teacher sees me and tells me I can't write on your paper (that's a serious error). In my confusion, I start crying, give up completely and walk out of the room (the program crashes). You continue taking your test as if I never tried to write on your paper (you recover from the serious error). If you weren't able to finish your test due to my disruptive behavior, the teacher would probably let you start over again or take a make-up test (sort of a system restart).

I hope that makes some sense.

Gr... this is so frustrating! I am spending way too much time on this for sure ;)

I tried downloading it with IE and Firefox and it is the same either way :(

Yay, I finished the game! So now I'm hoping VMK will load for me before the end of the night so I can see what I won :)

ZetaMagic, it is the exact same way for me. The changes they've made have really messed with my computer something awful. The yeti game does the same for me, and yes I'm on a pc not a mac. The window pops up, then goes away quickly. Not to mention that I can't get into VMK and stay there. I've gotten in once with IE, and twice with Firefox, but then get quickly disconnected. Which is why I think they are being absolute idiots with the ppl they banned yesterday over the Yeti chairs. (sorry Mal, but they are:)) They've got SO MUCH wrong with the game from what they've done the past few days, they shouldn't even begin to 'point the finger' at anybody else, imho.

Help!! We are stuck in the game. We can't find the mirror or matches or combination to open the cabinet in the museum. Everthing in museum that we try to click on says that we need the combination to open the cabinet.
Also, where is the prayer book used?
Thanks to anyone who can help us with the game.

it is easy the mirror is in a little room in the musaem and the combination is eathier on the train station or the train

We can't find the combination in the train station or on the train. The only thing that has an arrow (hot spot) in the train is the firebox with coal, which says that you need a match to light it. We did find the key in the train station before, but no luck with the combination now. Are we missing something or doing something wrong? Also in the museum, there is no where to go. The only things with arrows on them say you need combination. We have tried clicking on everything. Where do we use prayer book?
