Yeti Problem

I finished the Yeti game and won the free Expedition Everest ride photo. The problem is that when I tried to print it only the top or bottom part of the page would print. The bar code, which is what they would scan, would not print. Can anyone help me with this or does anyone ?have an extra photo prize?

The Yeti photo prize is not a pdf. There should be a file named photoprize.html in Program Files->Disney->Yeti. Left click on that file and try opening it with Internet Explorer.
