I was thinking of getting one. Can you tell me why the are so great. What makes them special? Also, where should I purchase one? Coupons? Thanks!

I think they are a nice size if you don't have to carry a lot in the parks. (Maybe too small for lots of kid-stuff, but just right for camera, poncho, tour book, water bottle, etc.)

There are several "bag stores" online that sell them and often offer coupons. However, the Baggallini brand is also sold in luggage stores. If you go to the main Baggallini web site, you can find out if any stores in your area carry Baggallini.

I was all set to purchase one myself, then decided to go to the luggage store near us that carries Baggallini. (Wasn't planning to buy it there because it was a lot more expensive.) However, I did not like the way the Baggallini felt on me. The strap rubbed against my neck funny and I had trouble figuring out how to get it on and off. (That probably would have been resolved with practice, though.)

Long story short, I don't think it's the right bag for me... so I passed.

I ordered a baggalini messenger bag online at bagsbuy.com for around $19.00 with a coupon code that was posted on the budget board. I got khaki, but am really now regretting not getting a brighter color (I may just need to get another one!!).

It came last week and I used it for the first time over the weeekend. For me, it is very comfortable and is a perfect size. It has many zippered pockets, and a small pocket right on the strap for easy access to money, park tickets, room keys, etc. For less than $20, I think its a bargain. It certainly beats the look of the old "fanny packs" that we used to wear in Disney.

Originally I had the Bagallini - worked great for Disney, was able to fit in all of our junk that our family of five needs! However, since my twins have potty trained since our last trip, I gave the Bagallini to my mom (who says it's the perfect size for her camcorder and HER junk), and now have the Overland Donner bag. Love, love, LOVE it! There are a few threads about it on Disney Tips, sorry, don't know how to link!

I purchased mine from shoebuy.com

I purchased my Baggalini from ebags. They had a 20% coupon and then I got $10 for the google account and free shipping. I went with the a la carte bag, which is bigger than the messenger bag. I went witht he larger one, because it is something that I knew I would use alot beside just for the parks. I have already used it as my dd diaper bag and I love it! It cleans up wonderful!

Thank you SO much everyone. I carefully read all of your post and I appreciate the info very much! Thank you!
:thumbsup2

Do the Baggalini bags hurt your shoulder when you carry them? Also, aren't they hot during the summer?princess:

Just got back from 9 days at WDW and loved the Baggallini. DS is 16 mos and it fit 5 diapers, a travel case of wipes, snacks, ponchos, camcorder very nicely.

I found the strap very comfortable. I was worried after reading some of these posts. My only beef was that the straps, even at their smallest, were still a little big. I would've liked it to fit tighter across my back. And I'm not a small girl; flatchested maybe, but not small. :-)

I only saw one other in the park: a periwinkle one. I saw lots of messenger bags that people got at AK. THOSE looked cool!!!

When DH and I go in Dec, just the two of us, I won't need it. But I was impressed with how much it held!

Mine just arrived yesterday! I ordered it from Shoebuy. After discounts I think it was about $17. :yay:

What size did you get - it sounds like the one I will need. Thanks for your post!
