Those of you that stayed in the Disney view rooms, how is the elevator wait in the mornings?? We loved our ground floor building 4 room, but are considering the Disney view this time. Since we have a wheelchair, stairs are not an option and I am too impatient for long elevator waits. When we stayed at the PPH, the only way we could catch the elevator in the mornings was to get it on its way up, ride it to the top of the building and back down.

Thanks.

the longest ive ever had to wait for an elevator in that building was three minutes- tops. and that was because there was a family with all their luggage holding an elevator at the top floor. there are two elevators in that building.

i hope this helps!

Thanks, that does help. Seriously at the PPH we waited for 10-15 minutes since we were on floor 5 and the elevator reached weight capacity at the upper floors, so it passed us right by. We usually are back at the hotel before fireworks, so I thought it might be nice to be able to view them from the room.

We didn't wait at all, walked in, pushed the button, got on and rode it down. LOL We were on the 3rd floor.

We didn't have to wait at PP either, that's weird that you guys did. We were on the 13th floor so we were pretty high up but the elevators were really fast.

We stayed there in December and my mom had a wheelchair and we hardly ever waited for the elevator! We were on the 3rd floor.
