Yet another "which park on which day" thread

Our first ever WDW trip is Jan 11-17. We're staying at Caribbean Beach and we do have Park Hoppers. Currently we have 4 day tickets but might upgrade to 5. Here's our current plan

Tues - arrival day, no park
Wed - Magic Kingdom
Thurs - Hollywood Studios
Fri - Family luncheon 12:30-3:30 at Paddlefish
Sat - AK or Epcot
Sun - AK or Epcot
Mon - Depart

My questions are which parks we should do Sat and Sun, and if we should consider doing a park at all on Friday, given our schedule.

Epcot's Festival of the Arts is starting on the 14th, I believe, which is that Friday. I always see strong suggestions to avoid Epcot on Saturdays, due to local crowds That like to drink, though our family did Epcot on a Saturday last year day after FotAs started. It wasn't terrible then, but reservations were also way more limited.
I'd go for AK on Saturday and Epcot Sunday just to avoid those issues.

Since it's your first trip, I'd recommend keeping Friday open. You will probably find your feet need a break. Spoiler alert, you will walk a lot at Disney.

Lol perfect. We did Disneyland for the first time this summer. We've only done WDW twice tho, so can't really say I'm a veteran, but I've learned so much info about the parks. Always fun to get to new places.
