yet another verizon question

on their site.... do they still have the "click to chat" option. I want to ask some questions but I don't want to take the time on the phone.... I would rather use the chat on the site, but I cannot find it.

Yes they do. I was browsing for a new phone since i'm up for renewal and the chat box just popped up.

anyone know if there is an actual place to click to start the chat? I was on the site several times today both signed in and not signed in and no pop ups to chat.
