Yet Another question for experienced DVCers

Yet another question that I'm sure someone will have the answer to.

Do add-on incentives only apply to the resort that Disney is currently pushing (ie Animal Kingdom right now), or do the incentives also apply if a current member wants to add on at say BCV or OKW?

Typically, incentives are only available for the resorts that DVC is actively marketing (AKV), and only for add-ons of a minimum point size.
