I am in the process of changing all my junk over to our new computer. I had bought a couple of movies from Itunes and have backed them up on a dvd. Now I can't figure out how to download them onto the new computer into itunes.

Any ideas from anyone?? You help would be MUCH appreciated!!

Hello.........anyone?

Is this thing on???

Don't expect an answer to be posted within 37 minutes of your initial inquiry. For something like what you've asked, it may take days to get an answer, and indeed, there might not be someone on the Community Board that knows the answer to that question.

OHhh I know that.....not getting upset, bitter or impatient here.
Just my way of bumping up my post so it doesn't get buried on page 12 somewhere..

I totally understand there might not be anyone that can help........at least not right away...

I've been around here long enough to know I don't want to be the brunt of a thread bashing.....:rotfl2:

On the left side, look at your itunes account under purchased. If you are signed in, would they still be listed?

I have looked at my purchased list....however...........you can only download them once. :sad2:

Really? That's a big advantage to Zune then -- once you've purchased something, you can download it as many times as you want, as long as you're a subscriber.

If you have your receipts, I believe you can contact Apple and get a new download.

Also, the Budget board had a thread on this around Christmas. Basically, there were two free programs you could download and convert your movies.

However, if you burned your movies in MP4 format, you should be able to just load them into Itunes. that didn't work?
