Yet another ING question

Ok, I just signed up with ING for myself about 2 weeks ago, and now I want to refer dh. I linked myself to a checking account that is just used for vacation money, and I am the only person on the account. Can I use that account for dh too, even if he isn't on the account?

I linked my whole family--DH, DD, DS and myself to my checking account; only has my name on it at the moment. No problems! Did this just last week.

Yes, you can. I did exactly that last year with no problem. I believed that I listed myself as a second name on the account. Otherwise, it could look like one person tapping into another person's checking account.
