I am returning to WDW for the first time in eight years in September 2015. Will be celebrating my youngest daughter's fifth birthday when we visit. We'll be staying onsite for five nights, but I'm planning to get six-day base tickets. From what I've read, I understand that I would be able to book FastPass+ for just five days, correct, since I'm only staying five nights? Would I be able to book any FastPass+ in advance for that sixth day on our ticket, or would we have to wait to do so day-of in the park?

Thanks much for your help, and apologies if this type of question has been asked numerous times already!

SIX days of FP+ 60 days in advance.
You are allowed to make FP+ reservations for your check-out day.

Even if you were not staying at a WDW resort (which allows the 60-day booking window,)
you would be allowed to good advance FP+ reservations 30 days in advance.
All guests have that 30-day option.

You're allowed to book FP+ for check-in and check-out days, provided that your ticket length covers those days. For my trip 4/30-5/4, we're staying 4 nights, but got 5-day tickets, since we plan to hit the parks on check-in and check-out days. I was allowed to make 5 days of FP+ at 60 days out.

Awesome, thanks so much, for the answers and the links!
