Hi...Can anyone help with this? My ds is 13 and a very fussy eater...when we go in August we will be on the dining plan. I have been looking at some menus On allears and I know that in some places he will not want anything from the adult menu. If we order from the child menu for him can we pay out of pocket as I don't want to use his adult point for a childs meal?

Actually, it doesn't matter what age your child is. The Disney Dining plan allows anyone in your party to use any of the credits at any time up to midnight of your check out day. Consequently, you are allowed to do what you want with your credits.

But because my son is 13 will they allow me to order off the childs menu or will i have to pay adult price?

Disney is really good about letting anyone of any age order off the children's menu. Just make sure you tell the cashier exactly what you will be paying for and what should be a credit, and make sure you check the receipt to make sure credits were deducted correctly.
