Good Afternoon All:
My wife and I, along with my parents are going to WDW in Feb. of 2017 staying at BLT. My parents have offered to take us on vacation and cover the costs, and we will be getting five day park-hoppers. My question is, if my wife and I wish to upgrade these tickets to AP's (at our own cost), we SHOULD be looking at the following prices (assuming there are no increases in AP's/MYW Tickets - which I'm sure there will be) correct:
Gate Price of 5 Day MYW Ticket - $435.59 (w/ Tax)
Gate Price of Platinum AP Ticket - $797.69 (w/ Tax)
Difference for Upgrade: $362.10
I just wanted to make sure my math (with current numbers) was correct so if we do go this route, I know exactly how much I should be paying at Guest Services. We will most likely go again next year and basically paying $362.10 for an annual pass is a great deal, considering it's cheaper than a 3-Day MYW Park Hopper and we'd get to utilize Memory Maker (which my wife and I were going to buy for this trip anyway, which really makes our cost around $575 when you include the cost of the memory maker stand-alone).
Thanks!
