yesake - anything ddp?

I was trying to figure out on the WDW website which Disney Springs counter service locations accept the dining plan and I have a few questions. YeSake came up as accepting the DP but it's listed as a "snack" menu. Has anyone been able to use a QS credit on the build-your-own wraps and get an alcoholic beverage with it? I'm wondering the same thing about the food trucks like Fantasy Fare and World Showcase of Flavors, as they also are listed as "snack" menus. TIA!
