You really can't do that anymore, now that they require you to use your Fast Passes during the window of time listed on them. You can't use them late anymore.

Depends on the cast member...some are strict about it and others not so much..

Really? Sense they started enforcing the times last month? That is weird because we were in the parks that week, and they were being very strict indeed. At any rate, you cannot count on being able to use your Fast Passes past the time listed, because the CMs should be enforcing the times on them. Collecting them and using them late is not a strategy you can depend on.
