Yellow DME tags - when do they arrive?

How far in advance of your travel date do these arrive? My concern is that 2 of my party live in S. CA and will be flying from there, whereas I'll be leaving from a N. CA airport. The tags will come to me, I assume, will I have enough time to mail them to the others? Likewise, when will the booklets w/ the DME vouchers arrive?

My luggage tags and the DME vouchers packet arrived approximately 1-1/2 weeks after I made my final payment (I made the final payment 3-4 days before it was due).

my DME packet with luggage tags and vouchers 36 days prior to my trip and the resort package 31 days prior. This was a little earlier than usual for me.

I leave in 37 days and I got my Magical Express documents in the mail yesterday.
