thanks...if it isn't too much troubleeeyoresmountainpals said:Not right off hand but I'll check some of my cookbooks. I've got a couple of "country" cookbooks and I bet there is something in one of those.

recipes "sour milk"
You know what I would do? I would put it into one-cup freezer containers and freeze it. Most recipes are going to call for one cup or two cups and then you can just take it out when you want to use it in a recipe. You can freeze milk, even if it's started to sour. To thaw, put it in the fridge overnight. Only thing is that you need to use it pretty much as soon as it is thawed or it will sour more (and faster).
that is a great idea...I think I will freeze them tonight (since I am not up for batching a ton of stuff)...THANKSeeyoresmountainpals said:Lyn - I looked on yahoo and there are quite a few recipes that come up when I searched:

yes, on the weekends I cook a lot more, since I have the time and the kids enjoy it....I am hoping that the freezer cookbook has great ideas so that we can prepare on the weekend and then, when I get home at night during the week I can pop the meals in the oven...hopefully it will be yummy and healthyeeyoresmountainpals said:I'm all for baking batches of stuff on the weekends but I hate to do it on weeknights! That's why I suggested that, it's what I would do.
