My mom did call and talk to the so-called professional number last night and was "labled" as an "urgent crisis" who needed an immediate call back.

Immediate call back never came.

So when she gave up and called again to follow up, they just gave her some phone numbers and told her "go call these people, here's you're case number" etc and made her feel like a "numbered fruitcake" and the way they treated her, instead of making her feel better they made her feel *worse*. All they did the way they handled it was added *to* her feelings rather than helping.

Yeah. Some professionals. Gee. Thanks.

That stinks Tammi. Especially since she finally called and this is what happens.
