Yeah-our vacation is getting paid off pretty painlessly

Today:
*my DH got a bonus at work that we are going to use to pay down what we owe on our trip,
*I realized I have over $550 saved for our tips/souvenirs/incidentals and gas, *we also checked our blanace and we have almost $500 in Visa rewards points to use while down there on our room only part of our trip (that will pay for the room plsu extra left over).
*it was our 180 day for dining reservations and we were able to get almost everything we wanted Thanksgiving week.


It was a good Disney day!

It sounds like you're having a wonderful Disney Day! You'll have an easier time spending that money since you know that it won't be on your credit card when you get back!

My good $$$ day is because I was able to get a rental car for under $100 for our trip. I have to pick it up at the Dolphin and I won't get it until the day after we check in. But compared to renting at the airport the cost is much lower. And since we're staying at the YC/BC, I can walk over to the Dolphin to pick it up.

Thanks! We are going for Thanksgiving and my DD's bday is the week we get back, and then Christmas so we are hoping to not add anything else to our Visa when we get down there. Plus my DS' big gift (an iTouch) will be almost (if not totally) paid for using Swagbucks amazon $$$, so a good chunk of our gift budget will be taken care of. I have $220 and another $25 to add once June hits

I love having a car at WDW-and that is a great rate you got!!! We drive down but I will remember to check it out if we ever need to rent one!

We are having a great $$$ day!!! (and week).

I won $295 at our local casino.

DW was covering vacations for the last 2 weeks at work, so her paycheck was 2.5 times its normal size!!!

So we road tripped it today!!! I give DW a $100 a month budget for clothes and we went to the Old Navy outlet store in Minnesota (a no tax state) and they were having 40% off the entire store.

Then on our way home we stopped at Home Depot and they had twin packs of charcoal, 20lb bags for only $7.97. Normally I pay that for one 18lb bag! So our summer grilling is all covered!!!

That is great! We were able to get the 3x bonus offer for April-June so that should help up our total. I think we should have about $600 by the time we go in November.
