Yeah! Just booked Poly!

I am soooo excited! We got a great AP rate! We are going 2-6 thru 2-13. I've requested a 1rst floor room, but I am wondering which building? We have stayed here once before, but in a conc. room in the Hawaii building. Any building recommendations??? Thanks!

We're hoping for Poly concierge next year but may end up standard if AP rates don't make it advantageous enough, lol. I think others have said $179 or $199 standard?

Hi Jacksmom!!

We will be at the Poly 2/8 through 2/12. Its DH, DS6 and myself. We should try to hook up!

We can't wait for our trip. We were in Tokelau (sp?) last time and really enjoyed it. We are hoping for that building again, but I think anywhere on the resort will be beautiful. We had friends that went in August and had a parking lot view, but I am not worried about that because the week before President's Day seems to be a slower time and I am hoping room selection won't be to big of a deal.

PiperG, I also have a 6yo ds! I would love to meet up! We are soooo very excited! Can't wait for this trip! Are you going to fax a room request? I would either like to be close to the TTC or to the main building! Can't decide! I would normally request to be close to the pool, my ds loves to swim! But, I have never been in Feb. and so I don't know if the weather will allow for much swimming. Have you ever been this time of year?

We have been to WDW in mid-December, and were in Orlando briefly in late Jan before our Magic cruise. The weather on those two trips really varied (the former being relatively warm, while the latter was abnormally cool). I don't know what to expect, but will be checking the weather channel very closely before we fly out.

We are flying in on 2/7 and staying the night near the airport. Our Land and Sea package starts 2/8, and we are planning to take the first bus over to the resort. During our last trip, we spent most of our time at the MK. We would leave about 1-hour before the park closed and head back to the Poly beach. DS enjoyed splashing in the water until the fireworks show.

I will send you a PM soon with a few more details. It would be fun to hook up at the beach or for dinner. My folks are planning to join us.
