Was down there last week.

AKV. 160 points.

Wife looooves WDW and I gotta admit, I liked it too :earsboy:. Her aunt and uncle have OKW since initial offering (I believe) and cousins have SSR (I believe) so it just made sense esp since someday we will probably have a couple of little :tigger: and/or :tink:

Thanks - any advice/tips for a DVC noobie would be appreciated. :worship:

I've been reading some already. :)

Congrats on your purchase!!! :thumbsup2 I will tell you that once your family expands you will probably want to do an add on because the first time you experience the wonderful one or two bedroom accomodations then it is hard to go back to a studio.

The Mrs and I didnt even look at studios after we saw the 1bdr.. If we were going to stay in a studio, I would've just kept staying at CSR..

:welcome: home!

Welcome Home!! The most important thing to do is learn all the rules, banking deadlines etc. Keep track of your points, and your MF's are due on the 15 of JAN and is late after the 15 of FEB.

Enjoy those points!

Welcome home! I can tell you the huge box of information keeps me reading it nearly daily. There is a lot of valuable information, but make sure you are well aware of the banking/borrowing rules, as well as booking windows. Enjoy AKV, LOVE the decor of the rooms!:thumbsup2

Congrats!!! :goodvibes As everone has said just make sure you understand the banking/use year/etc rules! These boards are great also--- TONS of info. !!!

Welcome Home Neighbor! I'm sure you will love AKV for many years to come.
