Congrats on your purchase!!! I will tell you that once your family expands you will probably want to do an add on because the first time you experience the wonderful one or two bedroom accomodations then it is hard to go back to a studio.

The Mrs and I didnt even look at studios after we saw the 1bdr.. If we were going to stay in a studio, I would've just kept staying at CSR..
