YEA! We're going in 2005

And the planning begins!! My friends are renewing their wedding vows (30 years) at Disney in July 2005... that gives me 2 whole years to plan,,, yes, I am very pleased..

so that also means we have time to decide where to stay and time to save up the $$$. The "bride" said the info she received shows Wilderness Lodge (my first choice) is included in the package, she mentioned the Boardwalk... The "Groom" likes Epcot the best of all the parks... My daughter wants to stay on the monorail route.. (We were spoiled last year at Thanksgiving when we stayed at the Polynesian). The other couple going with us (married 40+ years) don't really care where they stay..... Maybe we'll split the stay!!!!

I'm like a little kid in the candy store!!! Wowwweee!!

Congrats. I've never waited two years before. You'll have plenty of time to plan and get even more excited. Sometimes the "PD" (pre-Disney) is as fun as the trip. Then the "AD" (obviously after Disney) is kind of sad until you plan your next trip. Then, suddenly, it becomes "PD" again.

sorry, that's a little jargon my hubby and I use. If you think about it, you're always in "PD" unless you're actually there.

I found these boards last year when I was planning our Thanksgiving trip. What a wealth of information.... I drive my daughter crazy with all the stuff I've learned here... If I say anything about traveling, she asks "where'd ya hear that?? on the DisBoards???" What can I say, I'm a Disney Chick!!!!

Pam NC~ I'm also planning our January 2004 cruise, so I can look at our 2005 trip as PC or AC (pre-cruise or after-cruise), so that AC, I have still a year to continue planning PD-AC. LOL!!

Jennymouse~ that's a great idea.. I have some extra $$ put away for the cruise... Now, I'll just HAVE to buy some Disney Dollars everytime I go to the mall and put them away for the 2005 trip.
