YC- Refillable mugs & Room requests

Can someone please help me with these 2 questions?

1. Where do you refill the mugs? How many locations?

2. It will be me, DH, DD(12), dd(7). Std. view rate. I am there for a convention. 2 DD can't wait to do SAB. (We waited too late last trip and did not realize the pool closed so early!) What are your recommendations for room requests?

3. Oh and does anyone know where the convention facilities are? Are they far from the rooms?
