I prefer the decor, think the staff is friendlier, and it's closer to Epcot.

Like the beachier, pastels theming of the BC as compared to the Darker more nautical theming of the YC. Love the closer walk to Epcot as well

I will echo onthego's comments. The full balconies at YC are great. You never know what you're going to get as far as a balcony goes at BC. Also, better selection of water view rooms. Also, it is closer to the S/D for access to their restaurants and, although I am not certain of this, it may be a closer walk to get to the Boardwalk.

Our family loves the BC! We prefer the lighter colors and the theming of BC. We also like being so close to the entrance to Epcot!

The BC rooms have queen beds. You can request a full balcony. And the water views are the same

but I would pick BC as my favorite. I like the casual theme and the colors. Plus, I think the waterviews are better than YC waterviews. You get to see more of the white sand beach and Crescent Lake.

However, I would absolutely stay at either and love it. In fact I won't stay any place else EVER AGAIN.

OK, I am a DVC member at BCV so I am biased.

But I would say: Pretty, Casual, Comfortable and,

I prefer the decor of the BC....my favourite of all resorts so far.

The only thing we requested at Beach Club was a full balcony, but unfortunately we didn't get one. Having five people in a room makes having a balcony all the more important to us. From what I could see, a minority of rooms at Beach Club have full balconies.
In terms of waterview, we had a much better view at Yacht Club, but that could have merely been the difference between the two specific rooms we stayed in.
In terms of location, they are both great! BC is closer to the Epcot entrance, and YC is closer to the dock for the boats to Epcot and MGM.
