I have been reading a lot about the Boardwalk Bakery and the GF Bakery. Can I get some special goodies delivered to our room at the YC? Does the YC have a special number to call for "treats"? My husband needs snacks to keep him happy. Plus, I thought it would be a nice suprise. :love2: I was going to get the snack basket from Disney Florest, but I am open to other suggestions. Besides, most of my planning is done, and I still have awhile until our trip. . . I need something to think about and plan. :ssst:

We never had anything sent to our room from the Boardwalk Bakery, but it is only a short walk over there (never took us more than 5 minutes). They have some absolutely delicious things! By all means check it out.

We did use room service. It is like most other hotels. They pretty much have a full menu, so you can get all sorts of things. My boys liked the pizza delivery best.

One thing we found that we loved were the chocolate covered pretzels they have in the gift shops. (I think the white chocolate is the best ;) ). They have all sorts of snacks and goodies in there. We made it a point to stop by every other day or so and replenish our supply!!! :teeth:

I have to say we were impressed with the food selection in the Epcot resort area. Everything from snacks to meals was excellent.

There was a previous thread about the Cilnderella Dessert Slipper from the GF and the # that was given to order that was 1-407-824-2978. I would guess that other bakery items could be ordered from there also, but not sure :confused3 . I don't know if the Boardwalk Bakery delivers or not, I'm sure you could find that out at check in, but Dixie is right that it is a short walk and a very pretty one :flower2: , you may want to get out of the room and walk over there and they have areas where you can sit and eat your goodies.

Similar to the GF, you'll want to call the YC resort directly and ask for private dining. They offer items like a snack bag, solid chocolate Mickey w/strawberries, chocolate truffle box, etc. Not sure what types of snacks you're looking for, but Deb Willis has the in-room dining menu on her website and you can see what they offer, http://www.allearsnet.com/menu/men_ybir.htm .

THANK! This is what I was looking for!
