YC fitness centre & EPCOT jogging trail

[Boo Boo Too]

Can anyone tell me what the YC fitness centre is like? What facilities are there? How much do you pay (do you have to pay daily or is there a "length of stay" fee?)?

Does anyone know where (online) I can find a copy of the EPCOT area jogging trails? I have seen it somewhere, but cannot remember where and cannot find it now (very frustrating!!! :-( ).
