YC Concierge Question

We have a YC concierge room and a AKL concierge room booked for our trip in early December. We have already received a very nice welcoming letter from the AKL, as well as, a personal vacation itinerary form. Can anyone tell me if the YC concierge sends out anything similiar to this? Also, has anyone ever had any luck with concierge helping them to book an illuminations cruise?

As far as Illuminations Cruises, the WL concierge, Randall, helped us book a private Illuminations cruise for our 25th anniversary in May. We had Captain Kim who was terrific! I would think the concierge staff would be able to assist you with this. (We did call ahead to arrange this.)

The YC concierge may still contact you, but why wait. Call or e-mail them and ask for what you want. If you get to them early enough, you'll have a much better chance of getting the Illuminations crusie.
