I have read several comments about YC club level not being up to par.

I have read several comments about YC club level not being up to par with the others. We leave in 10 days and can't really change it now.
If you have good things to say about YC or YC club level, let me know. I am feeling a bit anxious about my choice.

I did a whole review on YC CL which is linked to on the YC/BC 1st page. We just stayed there in April and liked it just fine. The CM's were very nice (especially Shakira) and we enjoyed our stay. The only other CL we have stayed at is WL, which to me was pure heaven. I am glad we tried YC CL, and we would definitely stay at YC again, just probably not CL. I think you'll be fine! :goodvibes

We've done AK, BC, and YC concierge level. I thought the CM's at YC were very good, and we enjoyed the offerings. No complaints here. Have a great time!:wave2:

YC is not close to being a favorite CL at WDW for me but its not awful either. I'm sure your vacation will be fantastic.

We love YC and YC Club level. Do not worry! The only consistent drawback is the lounge is small, but that only matters at high traffic times. And YC is fantastic. Being able to walk to two parks, first on/off bus for MK, beautiful landscaping, bar open until midnight, pool = amazing. I hope you have a great trip.

It may be weakest of the club levels, but like pp said it's not bad. The resort is awesome, and the pool is awesome. Have you stayed at other club levels at Disney?

We just stayed there May 13-18. Only other CL we've stayed is GF RPC. Of course, nothing compares to that! ;)

But YC CL is very nice. This was probably our 10-12th stay there. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is pleasant & friendly, housekeeping does a wonderful job. The food offerings in the lounge sound on par with other CLs from reviews I've read. We aren't big breakfast eaters, so the bagels & pastries are plenty for us.

Except for breakfast, we don't eat in the lounge a lot. But the chips & lemonaide are worth the cost alone! :goodvibes

Have a wonderful vacation!

We have stayed at BWI club level and AKL club level. We loved them both. We love Epcot World Showcase and plan to eat there a few evenings so we like that area.
We booked YC this year to try something new. The pool looks really nice and we like to spend afternoons by the pool.
We have stayed at WL about 7 years ago but not club level.

Don't worry, I'm sure you'll enjoy it. We just stayed there and have no complaints. The resort & rooms are great, staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the offerings are on par with BWI CL. Pool area is massive, which means we never had a problem finding chairs, and it's nice to be able to access shops & restaurants within the building on rainy days.

Have a great vacation!

10 Nights YC CL by Mousemommy1

Thank you for all of this. I think we will enjoy it. We kept going back and forth on club level or deluxe dining. Deluxe dining is soo much food and we like the pampering of club level. So we went with YC Club level.

We've stayed CL at the YC several times, the last one was last summer. While I agree that a few others offer "more" I still like CL at the YC. YC is a really nice resort -- we choose it for the pool and the location. And we usually (but not always) add CL since it's just so convenient to grab breakfast, drinks, and snacks in the lounge. I would stay there again, even if it doesn't "wow" me, because the package as a whole (pools, location, resort, lounge) is very nice. The CMs up there were very helpful... and it is nice how the lounge is right by the elevators (makes it so convenient when coming back from the parks). I hope this helps -- and I definitely wouldn't switch resorts at this point!

Stayed in March, and enjoyed the Lounge. The room is small, but the offerings were fine. It will be great in the summer if you stay at the pool more. I love the hotel, as you can relax a bit more here than at the BC.

I agree with you on this. The lounge may have been small but the staff and food offerings were very good. The only downside was the spectacular view of the parking lot from the lounge. LOL
