YAYAYAYAYA! It's summer!!!!

I'm soooo glad it's summer! I don't want to go to high school but that's like 2 months away, so lets not worry about that.


This summer is going to be the best, only 3 days in and I haven't been by myself, alone, for one of them

Our city just opened a new pool complex, which reminds me more of a waterpark than a city pool

I get to redo my room and get all kinds of new stuff

WEll, I'm going away for this weekend, then next week it's off to Disney! I'm also getting a job, not until after my birthday.

And don't worry about high school. I can understand why you don't wanna go, but it's not all bad. You and your friends will make lots of memories in the next 4 years.

Yeah, don't worry bout high school....it's such a blast! Just make the most of it and have fun!! 4 years really flies by fast!

My summer is going to consist of freaking out about college, Summer Fest, Disney (21 days!!), working, freaking out about college, hanging out with my friends before we all head off to college, totally clean and reorganize my room, make a few quilts for people and more freaking out about college. It's going to be a busy 3 months!!

yeah junior year was pretty tough but im really looking foward to next year cuz i picked some really easy classes for my senior year! This summer I'm going to a yearbook workshop for 3 days, then I'm going to see my sister in Texas. I'm also going on vacation with my dad but we're not sure where yet..maybe Gulf Shores, Alabama or a beach in Florida-if anyone has any suggestions let me know!

Oh and I almost forgot-tomorrow my boyfriend and I are going to see Jerry Seinfeld at the Fox Theater!! Im sooo excited!

this summer is gonna be a busy one for me! but thankfully, i ain't getting a job (no time!)

I have guard practice every tues and thurs, and then aug 16-20 is band camp, so that's a busy time.

I'm also in "Joseph..." this summer, so those practices will start getting longer and more often closer to the show.

but other than that, i plan to go to the beach, tan, and just hang out with friends!

Twinkles6892- Don't worry too much about high school!! One of my sisters just finished up 8th grade and is in the same boat as you (she's also worried about high school). I'm sure you'll enjoy the next 4 years- they will definitely go by fast!

natty41- Good luck in college!! I'm sure that once you start you'll love it! You'll find that you have much more freedom that you do in high school, and it's a nice change to not have to sit in class for 7 hours a day!

This summer I am working 40 hours a week in an office, well at least untill the end of July.

High school is going to be a blast, just make sure you get involved with something. I did cheerleading for 3 years, and ASB for 2 years.. and they just flew by!

College isn't that bad either, just finished my first year, and that was a blast too!

We are in teh process of redoing my house so my plans to redo my room have been put on hold.
I have a brand new job and I LOVE it!!!
In 3 weeks I am celebrating 6 months with my boyfriend and he is flying out here to celebrate with me for a week
Then it is back to him and school in early August

I know, I really don't want to go to high school, but I have no choice.... I cried sooo hard the last day of school, me and my friends went to say good-bye to the band room and i broke down crying, we hugged the set pieces from fiddler on the roof, wrote on the chalk board for one last time, and then we each left something on the window-sill to remind Mr. Norris of us. But it's all gonna be fine, I didn't go most of the places where I would have started crying uncontrolably, like the 6th grade wing and Mr. Butler's room.

well disney is my main thing, since we dont do that very often.

i had to sacrafice my summe drama "Into the Woods" for disney, so not drama this summer

lots of beach!

tons of summer work....for school and for money. some geniuses thought up the idea of ALGEBRA II WORK over the summer. ya. ok. thanks.

doing work for my dad so i can get dinero para mi vacaciones a Disney World. woot!

my friend has a pool, so i have a sneaky suspicion that i'll be over there many a night! haha.

hm...i think thats it, but i think the unexpected and unplanned things taht happen in the summer are always the best...
