Yay! We finally booked our Cruise!!

Hey everyone! Yesterday I finally booked our first ever cruise. We couldn't decide between saving the $$ and getting an inside stateroom or going for it and getting the verandah stateroom. We ended up booking a Category 6 stateroom. The room no. is 6550 and it's on deck 6. Anyone know any details about deck six? Is this a good location? I've heard from someone on this board who stayed in 6550 and liked it and has booked it again so that makes me happy! Is this location close to the kids club? We'll have our two kids with us (ages 9 & 11). Sorry about all of the questions, I'm a new cruiser if ya can't tell ! Thanks!

The kids clubs are on deck 5, so all you need to do is go down the steps & you are almost at them. When is your cruise date?

Our cruise date is May 28, 06! Seems like a long time away but hopefully the time will pass quick!!

Congrats! Our first two cabins were cat 11 & 10 on deck 6. We love the location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We used the stairs for everything. The midship elevators are very busy.
