Yay for Groupon!!!

Just had to share this with my fellow budget-eers (I knew you were the only ones who would understand!). Bought a $30 Bath & Body Works Groupon at the end of January. It was originally $15, but I only had to pay $10 because it was my first Groupon. I redeemed it today: 3 shampoos, 2 shower gels, 1 5-pack of anti-bacterial hand gels. Original total: $45. Shampoos were buy 2, get 1 free, so that knocked the total down to $30.50. So with the Groupon, it was $0.50 + $6.99 shipping + $0.30 tax = $7.79!!! Yes, I know I have to add the $10 I paid for the Groupon ... but still, less than $18 for everything!!!

Hope they do this one again soon. I use it a lot in the UK and managed to buy one of the Orlando ones too!

They are running a one day special on shipping today only for $1.00 on any order over 25.00 with the code LUCKY1, I wonder if you call and say you forgot to add it if they would apply it to your order?

Yeah, I had that email & tried it. Doesn't work. The Groupon counts as a promotional code, and they won't let you stack codes. I tried. *sigh* But $7.79 for the $45 order is SO much better than just getting $1 shipping! LOL
