yay finally got a nintendo wii!!!

not that ive got any kids to buy it for, i just wanted one for me and DH, but....

I FOUND A WII!!!

went to france for the day yesterday on the booze run, and found loads of them in a shop in cite europe. i had to buy one game with it, but with the exchange rate, i got it for about £210 including mario and sonic at the olypmics.
if anyone is still looking for one, look into a day trip to france!
just need to try and stop DH from opening it and playing it til i get home from work at midnight!!

ps: on a side note, im quitting my job today cos im sick of my manager! but little does she know that ive already got another job! ha ha! (going back to work part time for my old boss)

Strange that some On Line sites selling the Wii are stating that the costs they are selling at are so high due to them sourcing the consoles from Europe . You hope that these vendors will get burned by people making a stand, but I fear they won't.

I work for sainsburys, we have had deliveries 2 weeks in a row, doubt we wil have anymore. I gave my one up last week for a customer who didn't even say thanks to me!!!. I went back on the waiting list I got one with my 15% discount but my BIL & sister wanted one so they bought it off me. I must be mad but I would only use with them more the anyone else, so I will just use theirs. Now if people could tell where they can get an extra controller as everywhere is sold out of them.

I finally got one as well from Woolworths but I had to buy 2 games with it, Mario and Ratatouille. Still need to get another controller though but am very glad I finally got one after a month of trying.
