Yay! Bridget from Radisson really came through for me!

I posted last week about how I had tried numerous times to make a ressie at the Resort at the Port using my gold points and was told they had nothing left except suites and that would cost me $200 - calling both the 1-800 ressie number and the resort itself. Well, no way was I paying that, plus I couldn't believe they were already sold out of all their standard rooms 9 months in advance. Well I had heard that Bridget was the one to talk to so I called Bridget yesterday and she said "no problem" I can book you in a standard room or upgrade you to a king suite for $50 (plus my gold points). Kudos to Bridget!! Plus she booked me on the shuttle already!

That's great! Persistence pays off, plus great customer service for the hotel.

So I'm traveling in December and have a room booked with the "park and shuttle" package ~ do I need to call now to schedule our shuttle time for the day our cruise leaves? And what about for the return to the hotel from the port when we get back? How does that work?

The sooner you make a shuttle reservation, the earlier you go to the port. First trip is 10am. Pick up at the port, you just wait in line for the shuttle, no reservation.
