Now for a really "exciting" question...

I realize that I should probably know this from all of the documentation we receved as new DVC members, but frankly, I have had too much eggnog this month ;) and my memory is shot!.

Do we receive any documentation other than our annual dues statement showing the real estate tax portion of the dues?

Thanks! Now back to the eggnog...

The actual dues statement/bill (which should arrive shortly), shows the actual real estate taxes for 2002. As far as I know, that is the only place where we are given documentation of actual taxes.

Eggnog for me, please. ;)

Now that really hurts:(

I am an accountant. How can you call taxes boring:confused:

I am new, but my representative indicated to me that we will be advised as to the amount of taxes. Although she did not indicate where. I think she said something like 20%. I might be off with that.

Just remember when you are preparing the taxes, or having them prepared, that you could possibly take the deduction. Any little bit helps.

Now, can I have some egg nog to get through these tax projections.

Yes, you may have some eggnog! I am an accountant too, and the more eggnog I have the better my numbers look!

Thanks for the reply!
