Yavn speaks about mules...

Well... a long time ago I started making extra accounts for credits. I didn't know it was wrong, until just a couple days ago when yavn told us about mules. I read and I started to cry . I immediately sent the staff this message in contact us:

I read yavn speaks, and read about that he hates mules. I have been doing that, and am really sorry. I am a loyal VMK member and had no idea it was wrong. I promise never to do it again, and it would be great if I didn't get banned. Please don't ban me!

Here is what the staff said:

Just to let you know regardless of how many you may have, You did nothing wrong by making mules. (Unless you have like a billion and you’re using them for evil) You were most likely following what others were doing and up until now and including now there was nothing in the values or your agreement when your account was made saying multiple accounts were not allowed.

The system is even set up so an account can have multiple child accounts, and they encourage people visiting the parks to make VMK made in the park characters.

For a variety of reasons the game producer has decided he is not a fan of people having a large quantity of "mules" and has laid out vague ground rules under which he will change the rules to justify banning people for having multiple accounts without stating how they will implement this or how to avoid it.

Many great players have many mules and do nothing bad with them and in fact do good, many are community leaders. Best I can suggest is don't make more and if possible delete extra accounts you may have. Most importantly if you are not using the mules for bad things that violate the values you should be ok. I'm sorry VMK made you feel bad.

I won't bother to send them a message of apology. I (as well as everyone else) have no reason to be sorry about creating mules. It is not against any rules that I have read.

As long as you didn't create a mule to cause trouble, get around a ban or to break any laws, you have nothing to apologize for.

True enough, and if more of us do that there's less chance of all of us being banned for something that is NOT against the vmk values. Oh, I am one of the community leaders who did use mules way back when. I'm also a CL who wrote into vmk's black hole letting them know it is NOT against any of vmk's written rules. I, however, received no response from vmk as of yet.
Personally, I don't believe any of us should be worried. If this is a new rule, it should be added to the TOS or Values. It has not. Could I be banned for this? Maybe, but if Yavn wants to play fair, as he has hinted at, then I *should* not be banned. Guess we will all have to wait and see...

One time i got banned and it wasnt my fault i sent an e-mail to them i got the same message that dont evan care about us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But i found away to get unbanned yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is really no way to delete the completely from VMK. I have tried the "delete account" on Disney.com. It does result in not being able to log that account into the game, but, does not allow you to use the same email address to create a new account. It also does not drop that character off of friends lists. So, the character is still in VMK, you're just not able to use it ever again.

That's part of my problem. I have reviewed the Values, the House Rules ane the Terms of Use policies. It is no where to be found.
Unless he put's the rule of no mules into the Values, he will just be being mean if and when he start banning people for having them.
And even if he does put it in the Values, he will also be Spiteful for retroactively banning people for them.

If you are saying that you got around the ban by creating a new account, then that is a reason to be banned. Be careful.
