and a brand new rock tumbler for $5!

The neighbor across the street had a sale today. I sent ds over. He said - she is selling the same stuff she tried to sell last year Two years ago she let ds sell some of our stuff and we gave her some of the profit since she paid for the ad. There werent too many around here today. I just try to stick in my neighborhood.

My boyfriend drove around his mom all day to go to yard sales but she didnt find much.
Weather is pretty ****ty here so it is to be expected.

One of my favorite neighborhoods has theirs today - over 100 houses.

I went looking for and found a weed trimmer for $5 and a garden hose for $3. I also bought a dehumidifier for $5.

The trimmer is an older electric model but will suffice for the amount of trimming we have. The hose is a Roll A Hose that I could get new for 7.99 less my store discount. At first they wanted $5, but I was heading to the car to pick up the dehumidifier. I went back and offered $3 for the hose and they took it.

So for my $13 I got what I was looking for, the trimmer and hose, plus I got a dehumidifier which was only 6 years old. Not a bad day at all.

Yep, found a discontinued Creative Memories Tapestry album ($4 and they are going on Ebay for up to $60, so great deal), Spode Christmas wine glasses for $2 and some Ann Taylor black dressy sandals for $1.

My best find was two weeks ago when I found a 46 pc. Thomas the Train set for $30. It had 14 cars and 22 pcs. of track, including a bridge and a tunnel. I sold it on Ebay for $108.50.
