Just got a JetBlue credit because I registered my flight info on Yapta and it alerts me when the price drops 
I called up JetBlue and they gave me the credit into my account. While on the phone I asked if this type of transaction could be done on line (getting credit on a price drop) and the agent said not at this time, but they are still working on their new system so it could be possible in the future, but no guarantee.
So if you have any Jetblue flights, keep checking for price drops and sign up for Yapta to help.
