I'm not really into baseball, but my house is filled with Yankee fans. My mother has become a huge Yankee fan the last few years too. She never really cared for sports but now, I don't know it's like the pod people have taken control of her !

Goes back to Opening Day, 1970, when one of my dad's buddies got us down onto the field with his press pass. I've got pictures of me with Cleon Jones and Ron Swaboda.

Dad did the same with my siblings, but with different teams. I was the lucky one who got to meet some Mets!
