Yankee Candle gift card

I tried to use my gift cards today and yesterday online and it didn't work.
There is a space to add in two gift card numbers at a time, but today when I asked the customer service rep. if I could use my card, he said no. He told me that I would have to send in the gift card with my order which I thought was weird. What if I had wanted something that was on sale just at that time and such.
Has anyone used their gift cards online without any problems?

I have never gotten a Yankee Candle gc, but I have never heard of that. Did you ask to speak to a manager? If not, then call them back and ask to speak to one and explain what happened.

Actually, I'm interested in knowing what their actual policy is on gift cards for online purchases. Good luck!
