Yankee Candle.Com, have you ordered???

Did you see their website....they have posted on the home page nothing ordered after 12/3 will arrive before Christmas. I am pretty ticked. My order was ordered on 11/18 and still in process. I ordered several large jar candles for my staff for a Christmas party tomorrow night. NOW, I have to go shopping and purchase something else.

I placed an order for the new scent stories buy 2 get 1 free, on October 26th. took the 10 day shipping, then on November 21st I called and canceled the order!! I told them that I wasn't paying $23.00 for items that were supposed to be there in 10 days and it was now a month later!! So a "manager" canceled my order then on Nov. 26th I got an email that my ordered had been shipped. I called them again because my cc had been charged and the guy not only took the charges off for me but told me to keep them for all the hassle. ( I did call more than twice, I called several times and held for about 30 mins each time.) Because they were so nice I probably will place another order but after the holidays.

I'm on hold with them right now, it's been 40 minutes with music playing. I ordered yesterday with the $10 off code and they charged my card the entire amount, even though my order page showed the $10 off. My email confirmation showed no discount.

If I try to view my order on their site, it says my order number returned '0' results.

I finally received my order last week - they charged me the entire amount (didn't give the $10 coupon off even though CS said they'd adjust it when I finally got through on the phone after 1 hour 20 minutes), BUT yesterday they credited me the entire amount of the order including shipping ($38-something), so I'm happy and will stick with Yankee Candle, I just will never order online with them again!
