The interview seemed to go very well. The lady who interviewed me would be my direct boss, and she seemed very nice and easy to work with. The job itself sounds interesting, and it sounds like a good step up from my last position--much of the same tasks, but with more responsibility. I still have to do some thinking about the amount of travel though--I might have to go to up to 10 trade shows per year, which can be very exhausting. The position would also involve organizing the other 20 trade shows that I wouldn't attend. A potentially cool part of the job would be that I would have to make 2 trips per year to the UK (the company is headquartered there). Of course, my fear of flying doesn't help, LOL! I should hear something next week about whether or not I am being called back for a 2nd interview.

Sounds good The travel wouldn't be so bad right now and depending on the company policies Colin might even be able to go with you sometimes.

You can always have DIS meets in the towns you visit We'll make sure we have another in DFW if you get back this way!

I have been in your position, and having a positive interview so quickly is a very good sign that you will soon have a great new job - whether it is this one or one you don't know about yet.
