I'm sure there must be postings about the Yak & Yeti but the search engine isn't working again (at least not for me!) For those of you who have been to Y & Y, did you enjoy it? Would you make an ADR and go again? Thanks for your opinions.

I've heard that the TS is very good. We ate at the CS and it was terrible!

We had lunch there in December. I wouldn't give it either a thumbs up or a thumbs down and I doubt I'd eat dinner there.

Pretty ordinary Chinese fare, a nice looking place and a welcome sit-down TS addition to the AK.

We just at at Yak and Yeti for lunch on Tuesday 1/8. Between the four of us we had the beef and broccoli, crispy honey chicken, egg rolls and lettuce wraps. I thought that the food tasted quite good and the presentation was lovely. My husband loved the crispy honey chicken and said that he preferred it over the General Tso's at our favorite local Chinese take out restaurant ( this is quite a compliment from him). My only complaint is that the prices were quite high for lunch/chinese food. But it was worth it to take a break from the parks and enjoy a leisurely meal.

We ate there last Saturday (1/5). We had the mussels X 2, the dim sum basket, the chicken lo mein, the tempura shrimp w/veggies and rice, the brownie sundae, and the fried cream cheese wontons with vanilla ice cream.

The lo mein was fine, but nothing special and definitely not $17 special. I gave my mussels to my son who quite enjoyed them, but he has only 13 years of eating experience whereas I have 38 years...;) The shrimp were declared good by my other son, but the rice and veggies were untouched. The dim sum were fine. The brownie sundae was a brownie sundae. The fried cream cheese wonton dessert rescued the meal for me. It was delicious! I would only return for the wontons and coffee.

i gotta give a thumbs up! i ate there on monday! it was VERY tasty! yes it was for the most part regular chinese food.. but it was delish! the atmosphere was nice, and i felt that the food was actually better than takeout! good stuff, will definitely go back.
