Yak & Yeti - sit down // counter service?

I remembered reading that Yak and Yeti would have 2 parts - a sit down and a counter service. The other day my aunt went and bought the Birnbaum for 2008 and they said the same thing. However all I am reading online is about the sit down, do they still even have a counter service option any more? And does the counter service have the same offerings as the sit down??

Reason I am asking is my mom and I are the only 2 in our party that like Asian food, we were hoping to grab some at the counter service and take it back with us as we leave the park. If its only sit-down that could be a little trickier.

Any and all help is appreciated! And I'm sorry if there is already a post about this, I looked but could not find!

Yep! They have the menu for Anandupur Local Food Cafes posted on AllEars. Looks pretty good! We already have an adr for Tusker House for lunch so are looking to try this one for dinner!

I was just looking at the menu and there's a rather unfortunate typo that had me doing a double-take... under Beverages, it lists "Barqs RootBeef" !!

Thanks I saw the menu for Anandapur and didn't realise it was the counter service forYak & Yeti!! I like the sound of the shrimp Lo Mein!!

Great.......I didn't even realize Y & Y was going to have CS....I'm not a great fan of Chinese food....and DH is....so CS will work perfectly for us....I can just get something else..........however, the Honey Chicken does look pretty good and I've got to try the Mango pie..........

The menu looks great! DH and I saw the construction when we were there in August and are looking forward to trying it out on the next trip! We both love to try new foods!

We ate there on Sunday the 9th, and thought the counter service was okay -- a little bland and greasy, but filling. We were sad that the cream cheese dumplings were only available at the table service section, as we really wanted to try them. Next year, we'll probably go back to Tusker House for lunch instead.
